Zalo Chinese Version Data Backup: No Worries When Changing Phones
Chat History Backup
- Go to Settings → Chats → Backup Chat History
- Choose to back up to cloud or local storage
- It is recommended to enable automatic backup
Data Restore
- After logging into Zalo on a new device, the system will prompt you to restore
- Select the backup time point you want to restore
- Wait for the restore to complete
Phone Migration Tips
- Perform a full backup before switching phones
- Ensure the Zalo version on both old and new phones is the same (download the latest version from Zalo official website)
- Use the new phone only after the restore is complete
